My Project

My students are always ready to try something new and because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day. I am teaching four sections of STEM classes at four different grade levels in our middle school. My classes are STEM, Robotics, Digital Applications, and Pre-engineering Design. I am loving all the unique learning that is happening. My last quarter of STEM has been filled with robotics, designing, planning, creating, building, critical thinking and so much more!

Design is a universal language where students can be as creative as they would like.

I want my students to be able to take designing as far as they want to. The construction paper, duct tape, and masking tape will be used for my 6th grade robotics obstacle courses. They have loved creating and designing their courses this quarter and my next quarter will be able to jump right in with these supplies.

The cardstock, puff vinyl, 3D filament, clay beads, jewelry jump rings, and hanging hooks will allow my enrichment WIN classes to keep trying new things and designing whatever they choose to think of! The books will add more STEM books into my classroom library and inspire students to read topics that really resonate with my classes.

Our school includes over sixty percent free or reduced-price lunch recipients. Together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need. I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.
