My Project

My students are an amazing class of Pre-K students who love to learn and are always excited to try new educational experiences. Our class is made up of English Language Learners, some special education students, many different cultures and lots of wonderful personalities.

We learn best by using our imagination and our hands.

We like to do hands-on work to encourage discussions, discovery, vocabulary and keep us engaged. Working with partners and groups we learn to problem solve and be part of team. We create a learning environment that is interesting and allows us to build on each other's strengths.

I am asking you to donate some STEM materials to update our science center and make it more hands on and exciting. These materials would include a child friendly microscope, life-cycle puzzles, magnetic biology bodys, magnifying glasses, tweezers and a teachers pay teachers gift card for additional center work to laminate and add to the science center.
