This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to ensure when all students think STEM and get excited, feel encouraged and calm about learning. I would like to keep students motivated and excited to come to school and class each day. As students participate in class, they will be allowed the opportunity to choose from an incentive jar to increase engagement in the classroom. The motivational stickers and pencils will allow me the opportunity to create an environment where students are continually encouraged for their efforts and hard work. The stress balls/fidgets allow students hands something to do to redirect their attention and relax.
