This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! My class is in need! Help me give my students a mobile STEM station, air fryer, problem solving STEM kit and other enticing materials to foster their love for learning! We want to hone in on our imagination and building skills. We also want to help them learn about Whole Foods and how they help our body and brain stay healthy. By cooking with them we will incorporate math, science and health into one activity! By adding these materials to our literacy, science, STEM, and block areas we would be harnessing our ability to create.

We want to encourage students to practice thinking outside of the box and creating with their imaginations.

We would love for the donations of different materials for my students to build and explore with different shapes and sizes to create different sculptures and motions. We also want to help them learn about healthy foods and help them make nutrition choices that can support their growing mind and body!

We will be create sequences and help the students learn about cause and effect with our story boxes and by following cooking recipes to create healthy snacks.
