My Project

Our STEM club is embarking on an exciting journey to explore how science, technology, engineering, and math can come together to create a complex mini-golf course. Throughout the year, students will engage in hands-on projects, such as building popsicle stick bridges and notecard towers and learning valuable engineering concepts using simple materials. These projects will prepare them for their final challenge: designing and constructing a full putt-putt course.

The course will be built using materials we hope to obtain through this project, alongside donated food items collected from our school community.

Students will apply STEM principles, using both the building supplies and the donated canned goods to engineer a unique and functional mini-golf course that promises to be fun for the whole family.

The best part of this initiative is that it combines a school community-building event with a charitable cause. After our Family Fun Putt-Putt Night, all the donated food used in the construction of the course will be given to our local food bank, helping low-income families in Tucson. This project will not only provide educational enrichment but also support our local community.

We urgently need your support to make this happen. Your donation will directly impact our students' learning and contribute to helping families in need. By funding our project, you will help us create a memorable and meaningful event that brings joy and provides much-needed resources to our community.
