The items that were chosen for our STEM materials help students to be creative, problem-solve, and get excited about learning. Having this start in 4K is a great experience for the students.
Starting early gets them comfortable with the ideas of STEM.
It gives them the knowledge behind it so that when they're in the upper grades they have already done the easy things like learning how to cooperate, problem solve and have discussions about why to do it one way or another. STEM is a great way to incorporate science, technology, engineering and mathematics into any classroom.
The light table will be great for them to see the science of color mixing, microscope slides and so much more. The cardboard building kit really starts them doing engineering in a fun creative way all while having fun while learning.
