My Project

I am requesting STEM activities for my students so they can slowly start their day. They can slowly wake their brains up in the morning and get ready to start their day. I love the idea of them having a soft start so they can be successful for the rest of the day! I have also requested recess balls so my students can play foursquare together! They all love to play and if we have more balls, a lot more students will have access to playing. The headphones are for some virtual science experiments I want to do as well as some virtual field trips for social studies! It is my first year teaching 5th grade social studies accompanied by science so I have a lot of fun ideas. I am building a class family this year and I have structured my morning meetings differently and I want to focus on students expressing how they feel. My social emotional dice are going to be a fun way to incorporate them sharing things they may not normally be willing to share or even think to share when we talk as a group in the morning!
