My Project

I was lucky enough to meet my students at Back to School night and although brief, this interaction with my students got me excited for this school year. As a first year teacher, there are so many things my students could use in our classroom. One thing I would like my students to know the importance of is STEM, which is why I am asking for STEM toys like the building blocks, Brain Flakes and Magna-Tiles. By incorporating STEM in my classroom, my students will learn to be innovative, learn problem-solving and use critical thinking.

STEM supports their academic growth and develops early thinking and reasoning skills.

In this project there are also some t-shirts, which will be used for my students at our end of the year field trip and some headphones they will use during their iPad time.
