Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year with a focus moving towards more S.T.E.M. and flex learning spaces, some newer updates are in order. S.T.E.M. is naturally engaging for young minds and I am excited to sneak it into interactive play, learning centers, free time, and all parts of the day!
My inquisitive students are in need of some newer, updated, and abundant learning resources to get them thinking, questioning, and interested in STEM.
The math centers will help with their love of learning in addition, subtraction, and number sense. Bins and floor seats will help them to move these centers to a more flexible learning space. Magnatiles and Marble run will help with their engineering brains and teamwork. All together these hands on materials will help them learn and grow in so many ways. Thank you for supporting young learners to see themselves as scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and beyond! I can't wait to share the love of S.T.E.M. learning with my students and for them to see themselves in those roles in their future!
