Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We learn so much in 2nd grade that we want to make sure to not leave out the fun! My students’ favorite part of the day is using STEM bins. These are bins that they can open up and can use their creativity. These bins have not only allowed my students to be creative, but also to learn how to work with each other, and be innovative thinkers!

Science, technology, engineering and math bags using the requested materials would make building and exploring more diverse and engaging!

The difference between the bins and the bags would be that STEM bag would be more unique to a students’ particular interest. Students will be able to get a baggy, and get to work!
