My Project

Help me provide new STEM building materials for my K-5 engineering students! Students LOVE creating using hands-on materials, and I am looking to add some variety to the materials we already use. Legos are a favorite, as well as materials to build with in the sand and water tables.

Students in my class learn the engineering design process and work collaboratively to plan, build, test, and revise their solutions to various problems.

Building toys, including magnetic sticks, Star Flex connector blocks, and Legos allow students at all ability levels to create and share their solutions.

Thank you for helping to expand the collection of materials and tools we use every day, and to enhance the engineering experiences of my young scholars.
