Students love hands-on activities and building things to make them work for them. We have tried using some kits that were too easy, but we adjust them to make them fit our needs.
These kits called STEM Pitching Ball Machine say for 8 and up, with my students being Middle Schoolers we need to up the level by making challenges of not just building the project but making it, testing it, and adjusting it to different criteria.
Therefore, the students will need to adjust their pitching machine to hit a target on the wall.
We also want to see how well the electric wind car works to see if we want more.
