Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My class of 2nd graders this year is phenomenal! They amaze me daily with their personal and academic growth. They work hard daily in the classroom in math, reading, social studies, and science!

This group of second graders absolutely loves read aloud stories and learning through reading, so I am hoping to get a new monthly book series to add to our classroom library!!

The meet the month books are awesome because they introduce the new month while teaching a lesson in the stories as well.

This project also includes a variety of classroom resources that we are in need of such as new headphones for students whose headphones broke, laminating pockets for frequently used resources, and new toys for our inside recess shelf.
