Steeped in Success: A ParTEA for Future Leaders

My Project

Hosting a tea party for scholars and parents provides our students and their families with a unique opportunity to engage with cultural traditions, refine manners, and learn proper etiquette in a warm, inclusive setting. This event will not only celebrate their rich heritage but also help build essential social skills that are often overlooked in traditional academics. By experiencing a formal yet fun gathering, students can develop confidence, learn respectful communication, and build stronger connections with their parents and community—all of which are critical for their personal and academic success.

We plan to host a series of tea parties with parents, potentially incorporating them into our monthly or biweekly activities; These gatherings offer a unique opportunity for our scholars to practice and refine their manners and etiquette while immersing themselves in cultural traditions that may be new to them; By creating a welcoming environment that celebrates respectful social interaction, we aim to foster essential life skills and cultural appreciation that will benefit our students both academically and personally.
