My Students

My students have been affected by the Coronavirus in that we are not able to do the things we would normally be exploring within the classroom. This is the time of the year that my students would be outside exploring our garden and building an area within the garden for younger students to have. Now they are working at home.

I miss seeing their shining faces, big hugs, and many questions.

My students are the reason why I teach. I believe every child can learn in their own way. This computer education is not a way to help a student grow into their personalities and educate them with different experiences.

Many students are still missing the resources to end the school year successfully. Many are missing computers and internet services as well as parents to help them.

My Project

We are requesting magnets, eye droppers, and Science specimen kit. The materials in my box will be helpful for my students while we are learning from home. These resources will provide examples for them to see that go along with their worksheets and videos of the projects we are learning.

Having the extra materials will also be helpful for us to be able to use at home since we are not able to table share the materials.

I hope to be able to use these materials to keep my students thinking outside the box and not just getting their work done on the computer.
