My Project

This proposal seeks funding to integrate LEGO-based learning into the fifth-grade science curriculum.

By using LEGO bricks and LEGO Education kits, students will engage in hands-on STEM activities that reinforce key scientific concepts, foster problem-solving skills, and encourage creativity.

This initiative aligns with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and supports inquiry-based learning.

Project Objectives:

Enhance students’ understanding of physical science concepts such as forces, motion, and simple machines through hands-on LEGO engineering challenges.

Develop critical thinking and collaboration skills by engaging students in team-based STEM projects.

Improve student engagement and retention of scientific concepts by incorporating interactive and kinesthetic learning experiences.
