This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a kindergarten teacher with a classroom full of bright, happy faces eager to learn. There are some things missing in our classroom.

Of course all materials are provided for the students, but in order for the classroom to run smoothly everything has to have a place and we are in need of storage for table supplies.

We would love to have some removable under the table storage bins (shelves). I would really appreciate some assistance in acquiring classroom shelves or containers for books and materials.

I am especially excited about this next semester. Our school is transitioning to a STEAM school and I can’t wait to get started with all of our new projects. Although I am prepared I’m not sure that my classroom is I would really like to have lots of interactive activities for my students to be in engaged in. I am looking for them to explore mechanics, robotics, and all types of technical skill based activities that they will need in the future so your donation will greatly help out my classroom.

My Project

This project is all about robotics, building, and engaging my students in real life activities. I want them to have hands-on materials that make them think about how the world around them work. With these activities I feel like my students will be so engaged that they won’t even realize that they are learning skills that I will take with them for the rest of their life. We are living in a world that is moving rapidly through for you for technology and I want them to know how things work. I want to introduce them to think that I would not normal see or play with at home or on a daily basis.
