My Students

Being a Kindergarten teacher to an amazing group of scholars makes me feel like I have won the lottery each and every day. If I had to describe them using just two words, it would be 'spontaneous' and 'courageous.' One may think that because they are only 5 and 6-years-old, they are just babies. But I am here to tell you that my kindergarteners are more than just their parents little babies. We like to call ourselves SUPERHEROES. Determined.....Dedicated...... and Strong! With a splash of cuteness and giggles.

My Project

These gowns, masks, and gloves will provide me with the protective gear I will need to safely give my scholars their small group reading instruction and one-to-one conferences where students are provided with immediate feedback for improvement.

My school is currently creating a system where students will rotate and participate in blending learning.

Students will have a schedule where half will be learning at school and the other half will learn at home. While only half of my students will be in the school building at one time, they will require constant reminders to socially distance themselves.
