Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials I am requesting for my class will help to get us organized at the beginning of the school year.

We will use the book display case, to showcase theme based picture books that will be read each week.

The student mailboxes will help us stay on top of homework and other important paperwork that goes between home and school. The whiteboards will facilitate student learning by giving them a place to work out their math problems and spell out their sight words on a daily basis. The Dry erase pockets will help save paper in our learning centers. Finally, our classroom interchangeable calendar will help us to learn our days of the week and months of the year.
