My Students

I am a 1st grade teacher in Queens, N.Y. I have 32 curious, enthusiastic, and creative students in my class.

My students are filled with a love for learning that you can't even imagine!

As their teacher, I would love nothing more than to see their little minds flourish this year. Part of watching this magic unfold in my class is to watch my students build a sense of organization that they will carry throughout the rest of their lives.

My Project

Thirty-two first grade students in one classroom brings a lot of supplies which is why seat sacks would be a wonderful addition to our classroom. These seat sacks have pouches where students can easily gather materials they need for specific subjects quickly.

Creating an organized classroom will not only help my students be responsible for their belongings but will help decrease classroom clutter and wasted time trying to locate materials.

They will use these seat sacks for their math and foundational materials so they are readily available and will not waste precious class time trying to locate their belongings when needed.
