My Project

Students can struggle with connecting with non-fiction texts, especially when reading about current events. Scholastic News brings the events of the world to students in a way that helps them better understand our world.

They will be able to develop opinions and ideas that can contribute to their classroom, school, and even their community.

Scholastic News ties state standards to their articles to develop each student into a stronger reader through activities. Each activity is related to the articles and promotes literacy through science and social studies. Students will develop into worldly scholars!
