My Project

As this school year comes to an end, I am already looking forward to September, and reflect on the supplies that my classroom will need for the upcoming year. I have been going through my classroom and thinking about what students used and needed the most. Due to financial situations, parents aren't able to send in the necessary supplies their children need. Unfortunately, students are unable to get their work done without these materials. I want to start the school year off with the necessary supplies and materials. My students need basic classroom materials such as pencils, markers, and laminating sheets. These materials will be used throughout the year to organize the room and make charts for writing, reading and math lessons. We will be using the pencils and pens to jot down the interesting information we find while reading our books and during writing time, learning how to write narrative, opinion and information texts! The storage cabinet and will be used to store our small group work for students to have easy access to the materials they need. These small everyday items will make a big difference in their daily lives.

Every student can and will learn if given the opportunity to do so.
