Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from lower income families. Each student has a different level of development. For some this would be their first time in school. My wonderful preschoolers are so funny, curious, and excited to participate in play!

Help my students in getting materials for a great school year!

Students need basic materials to get the most of their daily activities. Materials can support students development in language and social emotional skills. Donations such as books, coloring materials and puppets can support student language and literacy and fun!

My Project

Materials will give my students the opportunity for hands- on learning in a safe manner. Students still require individual materials. Kiddos at this age range and development gain so much enrichment from hands- on learning. Also it is so much more fun! Music instruments will give them an opportunity to express themselves. School can be overwhelming, the weighted dog can ease our students anxiety or help them relax. Sand table and water marbles are also great materials to learn along with the magnetic letters! The coloring materials will go toward their fine motor skills and literacy. All materials will be perfect for social emotional development!
