This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students struggle with personal hygiene and learning due to their limited mobility, sensory issues, and lack of materials. These materials will help bridge the gap they face every day in school.
The soft toothbrushes and training toothpaste will allow my students to slowly adjust to the new stimulation as they learn better hygiene.
The deodorant and lotion will help protect their skin. These learning games and products will allow my students to learn with hands-on activities that will relieve the stress and frustration they feel when asked to do worksheets.
