Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The students will work together at the kidney table with teacher and use the play dough and letter stamps to practice word building and sounds.

The play dough and letters will be used to work with a different medium to teach the alphabet, word building, sounds and other word work.

They will also get a chance to be creative with the other play dough cutting tools for own their own practice and pretend play. The students will be able to make impressions in the play dough or use cookie cutters to make cut outs in their lessons.

The kidney table will be for small group work of all kinds with the teacher.
