My Project

I am lucky enough to teach a group of very motivated and hard working English Learners. My learners come from all over the world speaking different languages, and are very enthusiastic about learning English. We use our writing journals daily to add our new vocabulary that we learn, and write and draw about that specific vocabulary. Having visuals for my students it is imperative as they are learning English vocabulary, the name plates allow them to have a visual right in front of them at all times with these foundational skills.

There are often not many materials designated for English Learners, so having access to teacher created materials through Teacher-Pay-Teacher is essential to my instructional planning.

In the past, I have used TeacherPayTeacher to help me develop my curriculum with engaging lessons and activities for my students. Every year my students come to me at varying levels, which requires me to rework my curriculum and lessons, and having the ability to choose and buy activities or lessons from other teachers helps me tremendously in my planning.
