My Students

If you ever need joy for your day, find a Kindergartener and give them the opportunity to dance! When these young ones are busting a move, it is virtually impossible to not smile!

My students come to school each and every day ready to create their own joy, build their own relationships and take on the world!

Whether it's singing the Alphabet Song with pride, helping a classmate with a sight word, or starting a cheer for a friend, my biased opinion is that my kids are the best and have the biggest hearts!

My Project

Here we go! After a crazy and chaotic year, I am thrilled to (hopefully) be welcoming students back in person this fall! I'm so excited to finally be able to meet kids where they are, incorporating joy and hands-on learning into all that we are doing!

These materials(notebooks, pouches, books, and paper) will help ensure that students are getting opportunities to see themselves as readers and writers!

We will reflect on our summer through the stories chosen, and then write and illustrate our own experiences! These stories and materials will set the tone for our school year and bring some joy to learning, regardless of whatever storms may come!
