My Project

Hello and thank you for considering our class. I transferred to my new school this year. As a result of changing schools, I had to leave all of the items that I normally use in order to ensure that my class runs smoothly. My scholars are in need of classroom essentials that will support their social-emotional , fine motor, sensory, and academic needs. There were a few items left in the class by the former teacher, but there is not enough for the class to be able to utilize them without someone being excluded. The products that I have selected will help my students by providing them the resources that they need in order to be able to address their social-emotional, fine motor, sensory and academic needs. The iPad covers are needed to prevent damage to technology in the event that it is dropped. This will allow them to receive technology based academic interventions on a consistent basis. The sensory items will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to get the wiggles out and allow them to cope when the classroom environment becomes a little bit stressful. This will improve their social emotional learning as well. The fine motor items will assist with hand-eye coordination and dexterity when learning how to write properly.

My class is an Autistic Support class that spans from Kindergarten to second grade.

The items will assist my scholars for years to come. With these items, we can also assist scholars from other classroom that may need a brain break during the day. My scholars are amazing and with your help, we can move higher and higher and have the opportunity to show our school what we can really accomplish with the right accommodations in place.
