My Students

I teach a fun, active group of 25-second graders. They love to learn and work together. In second grade, we learn a lot of new skills every day. These students are eager to learn and apply their skills every day!

My students are on a variety of levels in the classroom.

They need engaging ways to practice the skills they are missing. My students that are reading above level need engaging ways to challenge their brains!

They need new and exciting experiences to keep them engaged in our curriculum. I like to provide them with experiences that will immerse them in the learning and teach them about the world we live in.

My Project

These materials will help us have a success full start to our year. Whiteboards are engaging and make any activity more engaging. These whiteboards will be double sided and will have multiple uses. The pencil dispenser will help the kids know exactly where to grab a pencil when they need one. The headphones will help us utilize important technology for differentiation. Which will be much needed.

The year 2020-2021 was a hard year and kids are going to need so much to help them feel comfortable at school.

Hands on materials will be greatly needed after last year. The clocks will help us practice telling time. The poppers will be a great addition to our classroom. Not only will they help release some of the stress, they will also be used to help us practice phonics and spelling. They will be an engaging way to practice a very important skill.

All of these materials will be utilized this year and for years to come. They will help address learning gaps in a fun and engaging way.
