My Students

I teach in a Title I elementary school in a suburban district. In my classroom, I have a diverse population of 15 wonderful students, many of whom come from low-income families. Each student plays a vital role in our "classroom family" and it is my goal to nurture each child's uniqueness and help each child thrive in their journey through first grade.

They are budding engineers, artists, scientists, and more!

These students deserve the best, but I need your help!

My Project

As a first grade teacher, I am often stapling papers together for assignments and student books. I am also stapling my students wonderful work on walls. These things are time consuming, but important parts of our day. I don't mind the tasks because it is so important, but there's on thing that really makes me tick...

The staplers are always breaking!!

Help me get quality staples so that I can regain my sanity!!!!

These materials will be used to post student work, assemble books for reading at home and marking up in class, as well as the everyday stapling of packets and flyers that are sent home.

The automatic stapler, especially, will help me to complete these tasks quickly and the quality stapler will allow for less distractions to getting these things done.
