My Project

I teach 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade multilingual learners. They are passionate about learning new skills in English. They are also growing quickly! Over the past school year, I have noticed that for some, though, remaining seated in a traditional desk and chair is quite difficult.

I want my students to "stand out" from the crowd.

Allowing students to make use of standing desks will allow them to be more comfortable when they learn. This will increase their attention and need for movement without being distracting to peers. Please help me give my students the benefit of flexible seating!
