Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating is beneficial for students to find positions in which they feel comfortable to produce their best work, and I believe that a standing desk would provide students with another way to optimize their learning.

A standing desk would provide my students with the opportunity to change up their routine of sitting in a desk.

Sometimes students want to complete their work on the counters where there isn't much space, and by having a standing desk, my students would have a designated place to stand and work.

A standing desk would be incredibly helpful for my wigglers who like dancing in their seat. A standing desk would help them be able to move their bodies as they work on their assignments.

My students are wonderful children who love to learn. Some of them have ADHD and have a hard time sitting for long periods of time. Having access to standing desks would be very helpful!
