My Project

Small group instruction is a daily activity in my classroom. Students come to the kidney table as we gather around the whiteboard. The problem is markers are always dry, erasers are never around, and most importantly the whiteboard is not engaging. During math instruction, when students are working in workbooks it can be challenging for special education and English Language Learners to read what I have on the whiteboard and transfer it into their workbook.

By donating to my project I will be able to streamline small group support and classroom intervention with the use of a mobile touch screen monitor.

This will help to bring learning to life allowing me to create more engaging instruction during learning. I can access student workbooks on the monitor, better supporting their needs. Additionally compared to a whiteboard that remains in one place, the mobility of a monitor can allow me to move the screen wherever necessary to better support all of my students.
