My Project

My students do not have access to opportunities to learn kitchen safety culinary skills and starting a student enterprise can provide them that opportunity!

Me and my fellow low-incidence teacher want to introduce culinary and cooking to our students but that requires supplies and money to purchase ingredients,.

We have squeezed together a perfect plan. We want to start a lemonade business at our school that will provide us with money to purchase ingredients for our weekly culinary lessons. This will not only give them the opportunity to learn different culinary skills, but also allow them opportunities to learn about taking orders, preparing orders for customers and providing customer service!

The materials in this project are to help get our lemonade business and culinary programming started!
