My Project

These materials will allow my students to access the world around them by allowing them to focus and work on social skills.

Middle school is hard!

Now imagine you are trying to navigate it when every little noise or movement is distracting you, everyone is talking at once, and all you want to do is focus on the assignment or conversation in front of you. These fidget toys will allow my students to discretely fidget and get some of their sensory needs taken care of in the classroom setting so they can focus on the lessons and work they need to complete.

The board games will allow my students to have conversations with one another in a low stress environment. If we can make conversations fun and not stressful then it should help these amazing young leaders be more comfortable throughout their school day.
