My Students

My students are diverse. They come from many different backgrounds. This neighborhood has many new immigrants. Our students vary from regular education kids to mainstream kids as well as 12:1 kids.

Our school's motto is "Committed to Excellence." We strive to give our students the best resources we can.

Many of them need hands-on materials and manipulatives so that they can "see" what is happening. Most days we break up into small groups to do mini-lessons to review or strengthen concepts.

Our goal is to try our best to help the kids meet their goals!

My Project

These materials will help to keep my students in a safe and healthy environment. They will have the opportunity to wash their hands with soap keeping everybody germ-free.

With a clean and healthy classroom, students can then focus on what's really important.

They can use the writing boards to share their ideas, as well as, practice their letter formation, spelling, writing, and penmanship. My class would be so excited to receive their very own writing boards, building confidence and ownership, something they can be proud of and call their very own!
