Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my Special Day Class, we love hands-on learning! We decided to adopt class pets because we spend so much of our learning time outdoors. Last year, we enjoyed watching caterpillars turn into butterflies. We had so much fun that we can't wait to do it again!

My students loved feeding and caring for the li e insects.

Watching them grow and eventually change was a fantastic gift for all my kids in TK, Kindergarten, and first grade. Since spring is right around the corner, it is time to get ready!!

Please help us give our student the fantastic gift of experiencing the entire life cycle of butterflies and ladybugs.
