Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your donation will fund a STEM experience for our second grade students. The supplies requested will help students understand the life cycle better by giving them an hands on learning experience. Our students will get to watch the life cycle of a butterfly as it moves from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly in the insect lore net. They will also get to plant their own seeds and watch them turn into little plants. This project will allow my students to gain first hand experience on the life cycle for both butterflies and plants. They will also get to read about life cycles through the books requested. We appreciate your support!
