Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will kick off the week with a Heart Explosion, where students will write positive affirmations on cut-out hearts during advisory. It would be wonderful if we could provide these hearts to all students. A

Additionally, we plan to have a third period announcement where students will hang their hearts in the halls to spread kindness throughout the school The Youth Restorative Team is excited to contribute by wearing sweatshirts featuring our Kindness logo.

We will also celebrate with interactive bulletin boards and some sweet giveaways for the students.The week will end in a Kindness Dance on Valentines Day
