Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The material requested in this project are for the "KINDNESS COUNTS" month and to support activities that my students will be participating in to spread and be kindness in my classroom.

Activities that will be possible due to the fulfillment of this project include:

- Friendship bracelet making

- Flower crown making

- "Caught being KIND" classroom prizes

- Friendly competitive/collaborative board game playing

- Thank You/Gratitude Card writing

- Compliment Board/Photo Board Making

- Positive Message coloring

- Kindness/Positivity Sticker giving to peers & teachers

- Conversation cubes to promote kindness by practicing conversation

I am excited to have the opportunity to bring a focus of spreading kindness to my students! I know that my students will jump at the opportunity to partake in these activities. This opportunity will help strengthen our classroom community and teach students how to be kind to EVERYONE.
