Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
. We want to offer multiple entry points for all students to prosper socially, emotionally and cognitively. Creating varying areas around our classroom that is inviting to our students, is our goal. Our rug will be a place to gather and connect every morning at arrival. It also serves as a space for movement activities, small group instruction and a comfy reading spot option. The flexible floor seats will be another seating option that can be moved around the room. Lastly, we need sand for the empty table we currently have!
