My Project

The Little Spot program is something that always pops up for me as something that educators highly recommend. After the challenging few years brought upon for my students who like all youngsters have been largely impaced by the COVID-19 pandemic along with many other factors social emotional learning has become more important than possibly ever before.

I am a special education teacher and a huge learning focus to help my students be able to learn academically is to make sure that we are also learning about ourselves socially and emotionally.

My students need supports, strategies, and tools to help them identify their emotions and regulate them. I'm hoping that the implementation of a program like this will provide us all with some resources that are child friendly and chocked full of support.
