Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my previous project, I focused on unlocking peak athletic performance in my athletes through enhancing functional mobility, strength, and balance through use of kettlebells. In the months following, my athletes have been able to utilize various movements during rehab and maintenance activities to increase their range of motion, strength, and overall balance in order to facilitate their return to sports participation as well as reduce injury risk and severity.

I am looking to build upon that concept further to provide access to this equipment to multiple students at any given time.

This will greatly expand the population exposed to the rehab techniques provided to the athletes, which will further increase their function and performance whether it be daily life or competitive sports. The athletes see the results of their hard work, which helps motivate to get even better. This project will assist in getting them there.
