Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am writing to request sports equipment for my 4th-grade class to promote healthy habits and encourage physical activity. My students, who are all second-language learners, are passionate about sports and love to stay active.

To further foster their enthusiasm for sports, I would like to request soccer balls, volleyballs, reusable water bottles, and t-shirts on which we will design our class logo.

The soccer balls will allow my students to practice and develop their skills, while the volleyballs will introduce them to a new sport. The reusable water bottles will encourage them to stay hydrated throughout the day.

I believe that providing these resources will not only benefit my students' physical health but will also help them develop important social and emotional skills.
