As a K-6 educator in a Title 1 school, often times educators are left to find creative ways to provide fun and exciting experiences for their students. As a middle school 6th grade teacher, students in our care are required to participate in physical activity. Therefore, my goal with the help of donors is to provide students with physical activity that they will enjoy and ones that they can also learn more about. The activities chosen include ones that involve flexibility in numbers and location (indoor/outdoor play). Students are able to choose among activities that can be played individually, in pairs, or in small groups/teams.
