Let me tell you about my amazing students! We have a goal for all students to be grade-level readers by second grade and our students work hard every day to reach this goal! We are also a one-to-one school with iPads for PreK/K and Chromebooks for 1-5.
Our student body is truly diverse and it's great to see students from so many different cultures working together each day!
My Project
Sphero robots are an amazingly versatile tool to use in many areas of instruction. They increase engagement and showcase student creativity. These robots are simple enough for introducing robotics and coding to primary students but can offer challenges for intermediate students as well!
Spheros can let students build their own mazes, obstacles, towers and other courses to navigate through at school.
Students can use app enabled programs or using block coding to create the program for their Sphero mini!
Spheros will help us create excitement and engagement at all levels!
