My students are eager first graders that are sponges for learning. My students come from a low socioeconomic community with limited exposure to technology. I want to provide them with the ability to use Sphero and apply their knowledge of coding.
The Spheros will help my students be problem solvers and thinkers.
They will use coding to program and navigate as well as work together as teams. My first graders need more experience with using technology. It will also provide a tangible object for students to work with.
My goals for this project is to build collaborative thinkers and problem solvers through the use of the Sphero.
