Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are superstars who come to speech and language sessions with incredible energy, positive attitudes, and perseverance that makes teaching them an incredibly rewarding job.

Due to low SES factors in the community, there is a high need for literacy development and these hands on phonics, reading comprehension, and vocabulary materials will allow me to practice and assist my students in anchoring letter-sound knowledge for future reading success.

It is crucial that my students use and engage in fun and engaging activities that will support their language development. Phonemic awareness and vocabulary are two foundational skills that are often challenging for my students and affect their comprehension and overall academic performance. With the purchase of these materials, my students will engage in practicing important strategies that can then transfer to the classroom and promote academ
