This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi Friends!

I am reaching out to seek your support in enhancing the speech therapy program at my school.

The speech room is a vital space where students work on their communication skills, and I am committed to providing the best possible therapy to help each child succeed. All students bring skills to the school setting and it is my job to focus on helping them expand those abilities so they may succeed in and out of the classroom, across communication partners.

To allow for my to focus on that, I am requesting donations of essential materials that will greatly benefit our therapy sessions. Some of the items we are in need of include:

*Printing Paper

*Labels

*Folders

*Therapy tools (visual aids, flashcards, and interactive materials)

*Cleaning supplies to help keep students (and me) healthy! There are so many obstacles the students and parents face that keep them out of the classroom and are out of our control. Keeping the therapy room clean is one way I can help students stay healthy and stay in school!

Your generous contributions will allow me to create a more engaging and effective learning environment for our students. By incorporating these resources into our sessions, I can better support their individual communication needs and foster their confidence in expressing themselves.
