My Project

Using technology, my students will be able to access a world of apps and programs to help them succeed in their speech therapy sessions. Apps used on the iPad have a wide variety of skills and activities aimed to improve speech and language skills. Our sessions will also use videos from an online social-emotional curriculum that we can access on the iPad. We will stay current on all the new tools available to students and be able to access them right there in our therapy sessions. My students range from kindergarten-12th grade and come to sessions weekly to work on speech and language skills needed to help them in their classrooms. Due to COVID, we have seen an increased amount of language needs in the schools and need to help students regain their confidence skills.
